Data Processing (DPA)

When you use FewohBee Cloud, we process personal data – such as that of your guests – on your behalf. For this we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with you under Art. 28 GDPR.

You remain the data controller for the data you manage in FewohBee. We act as a processor exclusively on your instructions and solely for the purpose of operating the software hosted for you.

The DPA governs, among other things, the subject and duration of the processing, the type of data and the categories of data subjects, the technical and organisational measures to protect the data, the use of sub-processors and the deletion of the data after the end of the contract.

You can review the full agreement during the ordering process before submitting the binding booking. The DPA is concluded electronically in the final ordering step and is subsequently available as an archived PDF for download in the protected self-service area.
