Introduction

FewohBee is a web-based management software (property management system) for guesthouses, B&Bs, holiday apartments and smaller hotels. This documentation shows you step by step how to set up your business in the application and use it day to day.

There is no corporation behind FewohBee, but someone who knows the industry from the inside: I grew up in a guesthouse and ran it myself for a while – with everything that comes with it: communicating with guests by phone and email, managing reservations in the booking calendar, invoices, breakfast, room cleaning and accounting.

For a long time, much of this was done on paper – with pen, notes and a typewriter. It cost time every day, and there was hardly any suitable, affordable software for small businesses. That is exactly why FewohBee was created: a system that truly understands the daily routine of small accommodation providers.

Since its earliest beginnings, FewohBee has been in continuous real-world use and is constantly being developed further. Reservations, confirmations, invoices and accounting now run in one place – accessible from any modern browser, whether on a PC, tablet or smartphone.

FewohBee is open source and free to use. On the following pages we guide you through the setup and the most important features.
